Please note as per Government regulations, It is mandatory to provide identity proof of all adults during check-in. Foreign nationals and diplomats are required to carry their passport and visa.

Our published full rates include complimentary breakfast and a choice of a three-course lunch or dinner.
As of October 1st 2018, we will be re-introducing our complimentary traditional afternoon tea.

Child Policy (extra charges to be paid directly at the hotel):

  • Children under the age of 2 are free of charge (no extra bed provided)
  • Children 2 to 10 INR. 1,150 + GST *
  • Children 11 to 18 INR. 4,050 + GST *

* The above charges include breakfast, traditional afternoon tea (as of the 1st of October 2018) and a choice of a three-course lunch or dinner. You will be charged directly at the hotel.

Payment Policy

All applicable taxes and charges are subject to Government regulations.

  • In order to secure a booking a payment of 50% deposit of the total amount needs to be made.
  • In Peak and High Season (1st October to 30th April) the remainder 50% payment needs to be made 2 months ahead of the date of check in.
  • In Low (May 1 – Sep. 30) and Mid Season the remainder 50% payment needs to be made 28 days prior the date of check in.
  • After paying the 50% deposit, should you fail to pay the balance of 50% according to our above terms, we reserve the right to cancel the booking subject to our cancellation charges.
  • Your deposit or payment will only be refunded, if we are able to re-let the room. We will charge INR 6500 cancellation fee and any bank charges incurred by us in the refund.
  • If you wish to change the date of your stay and have already paid a deposit or the full amount we will, at our discretion, try to accommodate you, subject to INR 6500 administration fee. If this is not possible or the dates we offer are not acceptable the booking will be cancelled as per point 5 above.

When you make a reservation online your credit card details will be received. The deposit payment and the balance payment will both be processed by us.

  • Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.

Postponing of bookings will be treated as per the cancellation policy.

On December 24th and December 31st 2018 a mandatory Gala Dinner charge will apply. The Gala Charge is INR 4880 per guest .

Cancellation Policy

  • In the very unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking prior to the date of your arrival you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Payment Policy: When you make a reservation online your credit card details will be received. The deposit payment and the balance payment will both be processed by us.
  • Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.

(Any postponing of bookings will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy).
